Pineapple scroppino

Ingredients

1lpineapple sorbet
For 4 scroppinos.
120mlMalibu
240mlBlanc Foussy ICE chardonnay

20mlMalibu
For 1 scroppino.
30mlBlanc Foussy ICE chardonnay
2scoops pineapple sorbet

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend into a scroppino.

  1. Loosen the sorbet with the Malibu using a whisk.
  2. Add the ICE chardonnay last.
