Pita with Fish Free burger, avocado and sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients

Fish Free burgers *
1Avocado
2Crème fraîche
Greek pita breads *
1garlic clove
1Purple cauliflower
lemon juice to taste

1Spring onion
1tray of mini beech mushrooms
sun-dried tomatoes (to taste)
arugula (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Bake the pita breads for 3 minutes at 180°C.
  2. Fry the Fish Free burgers in olive oil until nicely colored on both sides.
  3. Cut the purple cauliflower into florets and briefly blanch in salted water.
  4. Blend the avocado smooth with a little crème fraîche, garlic, lemon juice, and season with salt.

  1. Briefly sauté the beech mushrooms in olive oil and season with salt.
  2. Slice the Fish Free burger and place it on the pita bread.
  3. Pipe the avocado and crème fraîche cream in between.
  4. Cut the spring onion into rings.
  5. Top the pita bread with spring onion, cauliflower florets, beech mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  6. Finish with some arugula leaves.
