This recipe consists of Asian bun, pulled ribfingers, sweet and sour cucumber, and crispy fried onion.Ingredients

500gFried onions
1.7mlsweet and sour cucumber
2kgRib fingers
Preparation
- Heat the buns according to the instructions on the packaging, for example in the oven or microwave. This ensures they are soft and warm.
- Heat the pulled ribfinger in a pan over medium heat or in the microwave until thoroughly heated. This usually only takes a few minutes.
- Cut the sweet and sour cucumber into small pieces.
- Cut the warm Asian purple bun in half. Place a generous amount of pulled ribfinger on the bottom half of the bun.
- Sprinkle the crispy fried onions over the cucumber and pulled ribfinger for extra crunch and flavor.
- Place the top of the bun on and serve.
