Pork Sunrise

This recipe consists of Asian bun, pulled ribfingers, sweet and sour cucumber, and crispy fried onion.

Ingredients

Buns
500gFried onions
1.7mlsweet and sour cucumber
2kgRib fingers

Preparation

  1. Heat the buns according to the instructions on the packaging, for example in the oven or microwave. This ensures they are soft and warm.
  2. Heat the pulled ribfinger in a pan over medium heat or in the microwave until thoroughly heated. This usually only takes a few minutes.
  3. Cut the sweet and sour cucumber into small pieces.
  4. Cut the warm Asian purple bun in half. Place a generous amount of pulled ribfinger on the bottom half of the bun.
  5. Sprinkle the crispy fried onions over the cucumber and pulled ribfinger for extra crunch and flavor.
  6. Place the top of the bun on and serve.
