Black-bean chicken stick

This recipe consists of chicken yakitori, hoisin sauce, china rose, and dashi quinoa.

Preparation

  1. Heat the chicken yakitori in a pan over medium heat or in the microwave until thoroughly heated. This usually only takes a few minutes. When heating in the pan, a little oil can help.
  2. Prepare the dashi quinoa by mixing the dashi with the quinoa to taste.
  3. Briefly heat the hoisin sauce in a small pan over low heat to bring out the flavors. This can also be done in the microwave in a bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring regularly.
  4. Assemble the dish: Start with a layer of dashi quinoa on the plate, place the heated chicken yakitori on top, add the China rose sprouts around the chicken, and drizzle with the heated hoisin sauce for extra flavor.
