250mlMascarpone
0.5units.theelepelCinnamon

2units.eetlepelPistachios
a few sprigs of rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

  1. Pit the dates and cut in half.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oil, dried lavender, lemon juice, and honey.
  3. Marinate the plums in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill the plums until they become soft.
  5. Mix the mascarpone with the honey and cinnamon.
  6. Chop the pistachios finely.
  7. Serve the plums with some mascarpone and garnish with the pistachios and rosemary sprigs.
