Quinoa tom ka kai with prawns

Quinoa comes in many different colors and textures, so you can vary it in many ways. In this recipe, we use, among other things, puffed quinoa.

Ingredients

prawns
1Spring onion
1Chopped shallot
1Coconut milk
200gQuinoa
1tom ka kai pack
Salt
Garlic
Puffed quinoa
herb salad

Preparation

  1. Mix the tom ka kai with the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
  2. Cut the prawns to the desired size, fry in a pan and add a little garlic. Season with salt.
  3. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions.
  4. Sauté a shallot, add the quinoa and a little tom ka kai. Season with salt and add the sliced spring onion.
  5. Spoon into a cocktail glass, place the fried prawns on top.
  6. Finish with a bit of herb salad. Sprinkle with puffed quinoa.
