Ingredients

wild mushroom mix
ravioli
Shallot
Cream 35%
Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the ravioli in water as described on the packaging.
  2. Sauté the wild mushroom mix in a pan, add a sliced shallot and deglaze with cream.
  3. Let it thicken slightly, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon over the ravioli and serve immediately.
