Shrimp noodle salad

Tempura-fried prawns.

Ingredients

Spring onion
Olive oil
Shiitake
Chopped shallot
prawns (black tigers)
shrimp noodles
Tempura flour
Red chili pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the shrimp noodles al dente.
  2. Heat a little olive oil and sauté the spring onion, chopped shallot, shiitake, and red chili. Mix this with the shrimp noodles.
  3. Make a batter from the tempura flour by stirring in sparkling water. Dip the prawns in the batter and fry in oil at 180°C.
