Preparation
- Cook the Opperdoezer Ronde potatoes until done and season with a chopped shallot, crème fraîche, mayonnaise, and salt.
- Stir in a pinch of Sosa smoke powder to give the potatoes a smoky flavor.
- If you have a smoker, you can also briefly smoke the potatoes after cooking.
- Place the potato salad in a ring mold and arrange the Dutch shrimp on top.
