Salad of smoked potato with Dutch shrimp

Garnish this dish with a frisée salad.

Ingredients

Opperdoezer Ronde
smoke powder from Sosa
Dutch shrimp

Preparation

  1. Cook the Opperdoezer Ronde potatoes until done and season with a chopped shallot, crème fraîche, mayonnaise, and salt.
  2. Stir in a pinch of Sosa smoke powder to give the potatoes a smoky flavor.
  3. If you have a smoker, you can also briefly smoke the potatoes after cooking.
  4. Place the potato salad in a ring mold and arrange the Dutch shrimp on top.
