Salsa verde & Pico de gallo salad

A salsa verde made from tomatillo tomatoes.Tomatillo tomatoes are closely related to the golden berry (physalis) and have a tart and fresh flavor. Serve a pico de gallo salad with the salsa.

Ingredients

2Garlic cloves
1Finely chopped shallot
0.5lime juice
3tomatillo tomatoes
1Smoked salt
1units.itemsGreen pepper
3stems (leaves only) chopped fresh coriander

Fresh lime juice
fresh, chopped coriander
Finely chopped shallot
gomaae ground sesame seeds
firm tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Remove the seeds and stem from the chili pepper and roughly chop it.
  2. Roast the chili pepper and garlic with oil in an oven at 200°C.
  3. Pound together with the rest of the ingredients into a nice salsa.

  1. Concassé the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and cut into brunoise.
  2. Mix all ingredients as desired into a tomato salad.
