mortadella in thin slices
Arugula
pitted olives in slices
Truffle mayonnaise
Schiacciata Romana multigrain pre-sliced
pitted olives in slices
Arugula
mortadella in thin slices
Truffle mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Grill or toast the pre-sliced Schiacciata on both sides (the two cut surfaces).
  2. Spread the truffle mayonnaise on the two toasted sides of the Schiacciata.
  3. Assemble the sandwich with the mortadella, arugula, and sliced olives.
  4. Close the sandwich and press lightly.
