Ingredients
250gmuffin mix chocolate
100gSunflower oil
Decorgel Plus Chocolate
silicone heart
125gcherry purée
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in the planetary mixer for 1 minute on the lowest speed.
- Then mix for another 4 minutes on the highest speed.
- Bake for about 15 minutes in a convection oven at 160 degrees Celsius. Bake with paper and a baking tray on top to ensure it bakes flat in the mold.
- After cooling, pour over the Decorgel.
