Smokey old bastard

Serve the cocktail under a cloche and use a smoke gun to add smoke, or use the Smoker set.

Ingredients

2shots bourbon whiskey
0.25shot maple syrup vanilla
1lapsang souchong tea
2units.centiliterbitter truth bitters

Preparation

  1. Pour the bourbon with the tea bag and 4 ice cubes into a mixing glass.
  2. Stir for about 60 seconds and then remove the tea bag.
  3. Add the maple syrup and bitters and stir well again.
