Ingredients

Nutmeg
Star anise
Cinnamon stick
Lauriston apple cider
baking spray
Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey

Preparation

  1. Warm the cider and pour it together with a splash of whisky into a transparent teapot.
  2. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise, and orange to taste.
  3. Place the teapot on a warming plate so the flavors can infuse well.
  4. Serve in flutes and garnish with a skewer of fresh apple balls.
  • Tip: prepare the apple skewers in advance and spray them with pastry spray. This prevents discoloration and creates a sweet coating.
