250mlTaki Taki
70gTomato paste
1Coarse mustard
0.5Aleppo pepper

Preparation
- Heat the smoked oil with the tomato paste (to remove acidity).
- Meanwhile, mix the rest of the ingredients.
- When the tomato paste starts to split, add the rest of the ingredients all at once.
- Mix everything well with a whisk.
- Gently heat the mixture so the sugar dissolves well.
- Let it simmer until the desired (sauce) consistency is reached.
