4Guacamole
Lime zest
15tomberry tomatoes
Mustard cress
Kewpie mayonnaise

Preparation
- Put the Dutch shrimp in a bowl, add two tablespoons of mayonnaise and some halved tomberry tomatoes, and season with a little pepper.
- Bake the half baguette according to the instructions on the package.
- Let it cool slightly and top with the Dutch shrimp.
- Pipe some guacamole and some extra Kewpie mayonnaise in between.
- Finally, sprinkle some mustard cress and a little lime zest on top.
