Half baguette with Dutch shrimp and guacamole

Half baguettes from Pastridor with a tender crumb and a crispy crust, topped with Dutch shrimp and guacamole.

Ingredients

250gDutch shrimp
4Guacamole
Lime zest
15tomberry tomatoes
Mustard cress
Kewpie mayonnaise
0.5units.itemsFrench baguette plus whole wheat

Preparation

  1. Put the Dutch shrimp in a bowl, add two tablespoons of mayonnaise and some halved tomberry tomatoes, and season with a little pepper.
  2. Bake the half baguette according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Let it cool slightly and top with the Dutch shrimp.
  4. Pipe some guacamole and some extra Kewpie mayonnaise in between.
  5. Finally, sprinkle some mustard cress and a little lime zest on top.
