Preparation
- Slice the radish and cut the rest into julienne.
- Soak the rice paper in warm water until it becomes transparent.
- Place the sheet on the work surface and top with the glass noodles and vegetables. Fold it closed like a spring roll.
- Mix the ingredients for the dipping sauce and pour into a small bowl.
- Arrange the summer rolls on a nice plate and serve with the dipping sauce.
