Tempura of samphire and seaweed

Fried samphire with algae powder.

Ingredients

Tempura flour
fresh samphire
Algae powder

Preparation

  1. Put the tempura flour in the food processor and, while running, add ½ tablespoon of algae powder. While still running, add cold water until it reaches the consistency of yogurt.
  2. Dip the samphire in this batter and deep-fry in oil at 180°C.
  3. Season with salt and serve.
