
Tempura of samphire and seaweed
Fried samphire with algae powder.Ingredients
Tempura flour
fresh samphire
Algae powder
Preparation
- Put the tempura flour in the food processor and, while running, add ½ tablespoon of algae powder. While still running, add cold water until it reaches the consistency of yogurt.
- Dip the samphire in this batter and deep-fry in oil at 180°C.
- Season with salt and serve.
