Requirements: Big Green Egg - cast iron grid - 220°C to 250°C

Ingredients

Sea salt
tomahawk
Coarse sea salt
Tomahawk venison

Preparation

  1. Remove the membrane from the meat if necessary
  2. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt
  3. Grill the meat on all four sides twice for 1 minute and 15 seconds each
