Tomato salad with goat cheese

Ingredients

50gGoat cheese
500gmixed tomatoes
100gSweetydrops
2Pesto
0.5Zucchini
handful of sunflower seeds

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Slice the zucchini and tomatoes. Place a piece of parchment paper in an oven dish.
  3. Spread the sliced zucchini and tomatoes in the oven dish. Sprinkle the vegetables with Italian herbs and pesto. Cover the vegetables with parchment paper so they can cook nicely in the oven.
  4. Finally, sprinkle the goat cheese and sunflower seeds on top.
