Preparation
- Finely chop the arugula and sun-dried tomato with a sharp knife.
- Chop the capers.
- Stir these into the cottage cheese.
- Blanch the haricots verts.
- Boil the eggs and chop coarsely.
- Place the cottage cheese with arugula, tomatoes, and capers on the tunnbröd. Then add the blanched haricots verts, chopped egg, and pieces of olive.
- Add the tuna on top, in this case canned, but it's even better to use fresh tuna.
- Roll up tightly and serve.
