Tunnbröd with warm smoked salmon, prawns, arugula, wakame, and a Japanese sesame dressing.

Ingredients

Warm smoked salmon
arugula lettuce
wasabi sesame seeds
Prawns
Sesame oil
tunnbröd
wakame
Japanese sesame dressing

Preparation

  1. Fry the prawns in sesame oil.
  2. Top the tunnbröd with the prawns, hot smoked salmon, arugula, and wakame.
  3. Spoon the Japanese sesame dressing on top.
  4. Sprinkle a few wasabi sesame seeds over it.
  5. Roll up tightly and serve.
