Valentine's panna cotta

The chefs of HANOS Nijmegen created a delicious dessert especially for Valentine's Day.

Ingredients

500gPanna cotta
250gCherry coulis
Red coloring
Velvet spray can
Silicone mold SF088 heart medium
silicone mold Amorini
Stencil heart Valentine
Red coloring powder
Tulip decoration Dobla
Rose marzipan
Macaron pink Dobla

Vanilla ice cream

Preparation

  • Whip the panna cotta with a food processor and fill molds with it, freeze, remove from the mold, spray with velvet spray, fill the center with a splash of cherry coulis and red food coloring (if desired),
  • Join macarons together with a basic crème suisse.
  • Mix food coloring powder with decorative sugar, finish the dish with all Valentine's decorations, and add a scoop of vanilla or ruby choc chai ice cream.
