Vegan Cacio é Pepe pasta salad

Vegan salad with pasta, chicory, cherry tomatoes and a flavorful sauce.

Ingredients

50gfusili
50gendive leaves
1Vegetable oil
10Cherry tomatoes
roasted almonds
Saus.Guru's Cacio é Pepe Mayo

Preparation

Step 1

  1. Sauté the endive leaves in a hot pan with vegetable oil until browned.
  2. Cook the fusili until done in 11 to 13 minutes.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mix together with the fusili and endive leaves in a bowl.
  4. Serve on a plate and garnish with roasted almonds and Saus.Guru's Cacio é Pepe Mayo.
