Preparation
Step 1
- Season the panko breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
- Roll the cod fillets in the seasoned panko mixture and bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve with sweet potato fries, Harissa Remoulade dip, sautéed carrots, and bell peppers.
