Vegan galette with chickpeas

Ingredients

Salt
1Tante Fanny quiche and tart dough roll
1Red onion
150gChickpeas
1Oil from the tomatoes
Fresh herbs
100gSun-dried tomatoes in oil
300gCurry hummus
Pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C top/bottom heat and prepare the dough according to the package instructions.
  2. Roll out the dough with the attached baking paper directly onto a baking tray and spread with hummus, leaving a 4 cm border all around.
  3. Drain the chickpeas, cut the red onion into thin strips, and finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Spread the chickpeas over the hummus and then sprinkle the onion and tomatoes on top.
  5. Drizzle the tomatoes with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Brush the free edge of the dough with water and fold it over the filling.
  7. Bake the galette at the bottom of the oven for 30 - 35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. After baking, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
