50gDark chocolate (66–70%)
1Tante Fanny flammkuchen dough roll
50gRoasted peanuts (salted or unsalted to taste)
150gCrunchy peanut butter
70gSoft caramel candies
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat and use the dough straight from the refrigerator.
- Roll out the flammkuchen dough with the attached baking paper directly onto a baking tray and pre-bake it on the bottom rack of the oven for about 8 minutes.
- Spread the flammkuchen with peanut butter, leaving about 1 cm free around the edges.
- Cut the soft caramel candies into quarters.
- Distribute the caramel candies over the flammkuchen and bake for another 8 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate.
- Sprinkle the baked flammkuchen with peanuts and drizzle with the melted chocolate.
