Salted caramel flammkuchen

Flammkuchen with peanuts and caramel! A completely new taste experience that will tantalize your senses.Crispy dough, crunchy nuts and caramel. You really want to make this salted caramel flammkuchen.

Ingredients

50gDark chocolate
1Tante Fanny flammkuchen dough roll
50gRoasted peanuts (salted or unsalted to taste)
150gCrunchy peanut butter
70gSoft caramel candies

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat and use the dough straight from the refrigerator.
  2. Roll out the flammkuchen dough with the attached baking paper directly onto a baking tray and pre-bake it on the bottom rack of the oven for about 8 minutes.
  3. Spread the flammkuchen with peanut butter, leaving about 1 cm free around the edges.
  4. Cut the soft caramel candies into quarters.
  5. Distribute the caramel candies over the flammkuchen and bake for another 8 minutes.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate.
  7. Sprinkle the baked flammkuchen with peanuts and drizzle with the melted chocolate.
