
Quiche with colorful tomatoes
Bake a quiche with a colourful tomato mix, prepared with the fresh quiche and pie dough from Tante Fanny.Ingredients

1Tante Fanny quiche and tart dough roll
250gSour cream
Grated nutmeg
Pepper
Fresh herbs (to taste)
300gColorful tomato mix
4Eggs
Fresh basil
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C top/bottom heat and prepare the dough according to the instructions on the package.
- Mix the sour cream and eggs until smooth and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and fresh herbs.
- Roll out the dough with the attached baking paper and place it with the paper in the baking pan. Greasing the pan is not necessary.
- Reinforce the edge with the overhanging dough.
- Cut the colorful tomato mix into quarters or slices.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and distribute the tomatoes on top.
- Bake the quiche on the bottom rack of the oven for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
