Ingredients

1Tante Fanny croissant dough roll
Fresh fruit
Hazelnut paste
Oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the waffle iron to medium and use the dough straight from the fridge.
  2. Roll out the dough with the included baking paper and cut into elongated triangles.
  3. Combine the two outer triangles to form a new triangle.
  4. Roll up the dough from the wide end to the narrow end to make 8 croissants.
  5. Grease the waffle iron with a little oil and bake the croissant waffles one by one for 6 minutes each.
  6. Let them cool slightly.
  7. Serve with fruit or hazelnut spread.
