Sweet flammkuchen with stracciatella and berries

Sweet flammkuchen with stracciatella and berries. Recipe is for 4 flammkuchen.

Ingredients

80gDark chocolate
120gMascarpone
4Tante Fanny flammkuchen bases (1 pack)
200gMixed forest fruits
30gVanilla sugar
Fresh lemon balm

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 270°C top/bottom heat and use the flammkuchen bases straight from the fridge.
  2. Place 2 bases without baking paper side by side on a baking tray.
  3. Chop the dark chocolate finely.
  4. Mix the mascarpone with vanilla sugar and 40 grams of the chopped chocolate.
  5. Spread this mixture over the 4 bases, leaving a border of about 1 cm.
  6. Top the flammkuchen with forest fruits.
  7. Bake the flammkuchen in the middle of the oven for 7 – 9 minutes until golden brown.
  8. After baking, sprinkle with the remaining chocolate and garnish with lemon balm.
