
Crispy flammkuchen rings
Serve crispy flammkuchen rings, made with fresh flammkuchen dough from Tante Fanny, perfect for dipping!Ingredients
1Poppy seed
1Sesame seeds
0.5Chopped bunch of parsley
1Tante Fanny flammkuchen dough roll
100gCrème fraîche
80gSmoked bacon cubes
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat and use the dough straight from the refrigerator.
- Roll out the dough with the attached baking paper onto a baking tray and spread with crème fraîche.
- Top with bacon and chives.
- Fold the dough from the center like a book, sprinkle with water, and sprinkle the top with poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
- Cut the dough into strips 2 cm wide, twist the strips, and form them into a circle.
- Press the ends together firmly.
- Bake the flammkuchen on the bottom rack of the oven for 15 - 20 minutes until crispy.
