
Vegetarian burger with pumpkin and gorgonzola
This dish is made with NoBeef MC2 Burger from De Vegetarische Slager.For 10 people.Ingredients
1butternut squash
10NoBeef MC2 burgers
30Sunflower oil
300Gorgonzola
2Salt
0.5gtray of vene cress
2gchili flakes
10ghamburger buns

Preparation
- Fry the vegetarian burgers – preferably thawed – in some oil until browned on both sides.
- Divide the gorgonzola over the burgers and place them briefly in the oven or under the salamander.
- Halve the hamburger buns and briefly place them on the grill or griddle.
- Top the buns with the roasted pumpkin, burgers, pumpkin seeds, watercress, and cress.
- Serve the burgers with fries and Hellman's vegan to taste.
- Halve the pumpkin and rub it with some oil.
- Bake the pumpkin on a tray in the oven at about 180°C for 40 minutes.
- Season with chili, salt, pepper, and some vinaigrette.
