Veggie bolognese

Tomato and herb base.Mix the base mix with lukewarm water and bring to a boil. Delicious, for example, for making balls in your vegetarian Bolognese sauce.

Ingredients

veggie bolognese
Parsley
grilled pepper mix
vegetable burger
Mediterranean couscous
vegetarian mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Mix water with the Vegetable Burger mix, let rest for 10 minutes, and shape to desired size (dosage 125 ml water per 100 grams of product).
  2. Prepare the Veggie Bolognese, mix the required amount with lukewarm water. Bring to a boil and stir regularly for 5 minutes (dosage 500 ml water per 100 grams of product).
  3. Fry the balls.
  4. Combine everything in an oven dish with garnish.
  5. Gratinate everything in the oven and serve couscous on the side.
