Tip: Only fry the tempura batter into creative crisps. Use a spoon to let thin streams of the wasabi batter fall into the oil and fry until crispy.Ingredients
Tempura flour
Wasabi powder
smelt

Preparation
- Put tempura flour in the food processor. Add some wasabi powder to taste (and optionally a drop of green food coloring).
- While running, add cold water until you have a yogurt-thick frying batter. , For example, dip small, frozen smelt in the batter and fry at 180°C, delicious as a small snack.
