Ingredients

100gCrème fraîche

200gWhisky cocktail sauce
100gMayonnaise
Smoked salmon
Radish

Salmon roe

Preparation

  1. Boil the eggs hard for 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Peel the eggs and halve them.
  3. Mix water with a coloring of your choice and place the egg whites in it so they take on the color of the chosen dye.
  4. Press the 20 egg yolks through a sieve and mix with the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, and whisky cocktail sauce until it is pipeable.
  5. Pat the egg whites dry and pipe the filling into them.
  6. Garnish with a radish flower, smoked salmon, and salmon roe.
