Vegetable pancakes
Salmon carpaccio
Edible flower petals
Preparation
- Heat the pancakes for 8 minutes at 180°C in the oven.
- Let them come to room temperature (lukewarm).
- Pipe some lime mayonnaise on them.
- Place a defrosted slice of salmon carpaccio on each pancake.
- Pipe some more mayonnaise on top and garnish with sesame seeds and flower petals.
