Seaweed cylinders

Ingredients

180gfish stock
30gOlive oil
4gSalt
15gPowdered sugar
150gSifted flour
1Algae powder
1Chopped dill

Preparation

  1. Mix everything with a whisk to make a batter.
  2. Grease the waffle maker with pan coating.
  3. Spoon some batter onto the iron.
  4. Bake until not fully cooked, remove from the iron, and use a cutter to cut out squares.
  5. Continue baking in the waffle maker and, while still warm, shape into cylinders.
