Black tahini and truffle-cauliflower steak

In this dish, we use the black tahini in a sauce with truffle oil.

Black tahini is an incredibly smooth black sesame paste with a creamy texture and nutty flavor. Combined with grilled cauliflower, it is an absolute taste sensation.

Preparation

  1. Cut the cauliflower into nice steaks.
  2. Then roast it in the oven at 250°C or on the grill.
  3. For the sauce, pour the black tahini into a bowl, add water (half and half ratio), then add the truffle oil and season with salt to taste.
  4. For the topping, mix the parsley, olive oil, thinly sliced lemon, sumac spices, and salt in a bowl.
  5. Spread a generous amount of sauce on the plate, place the cauliflower on top, and garnish with the lemon salad.
