Alginate is a natural product based on brown algae. Algin reacts with calcic and gluco, causing the round formation. Algin dissolves with difficulty. Always use a hand blender and gradually add the algin. Let it rest well to remove air bubbles (vacuuming is also possible and is faster). Base: 5 to 8 grams per liter.
