Asparagus liqueur is a unique liqueur: asparagus peels are matured in alcohol for six months. A distillate is then made from this. This distillate, combined with grain alcohol, herbs and candy sugar, forms the liqueur. A fresh asparagus from the new harvest in the bottle completes the drink.
