Gooseberries from Prestige are a fresh addition to the world of berries. There are yellow, green, and red gooseberries with flavors ranging from fresh and sweet to mildly tart. The fruits, sometimes also called “stekelbessen,” are relatively large—up to 3.5 cm—and oval or round in shape. Soft, ripe berries are perfect for eating raw.
