BroccoCress is the Koppert Cress brand name for an edible plant. BroccoCress has a mild broccoli flavor, with hints of radish. The cress is excellent for finishing soups and sauces, but also very tasty in combination with, for example, a cheese sandwich and in salads. BroccoCress makes a sandwich "truly" healthy.
