Cinnamon sticks from Sri Lanka, the former Ceylon, are a sweet, full aromatic flavoring. Often used in pastry products, fruit compotes, but also in the Eastern cuisine it is an indispensable product. The sticks are also widely used in various drinks and as decoration on dishes.
