The electric griddle ET-PL-822 combines power, versatility and professional ease of use in one robust unit. Thanks to the stainless steel housing, the griddle is durable, hygienic and easy to clean – ideal for intensive use in the hospitality industry or large-scale kitchens.

This model is equipped with two separately adjustable zones, allowing you to prepare different dishes simultaneously. The temperature is infinitely adjustable from 50°C to 300°C, giving you full control over every dish, from juicy steaks to delicate vegetables.

The griddle has both a smooth and a ribbed cooking surface, allowing you to switch effortlessly between frying and grilling. In addition, the griddle is equipped with non-slip feet, an on/off indicator, and a grease collection tray with splash guard for safe and clean operation.

With a power output of 4400 Watt and dimensions of 73 × 52 × 23 cm, this griddle delivers powerful performance while its compact design remains space-saving.
