The electric griddle ET-822 combines power, versatility and professional ease of use in one robust appliance. Thanks to the stainless steel housing, the griddle is durable, hygienic and easy to clean – ideal for intensive use in the hospitality industry or large kitchens.
This model is equipped with two separately adjustable zones, allowing you to prepare different dishes simultaneously. The temperature is continuously adjustable from 50°C to 300°C, giving you full control over every dish, from juicy steaks to delicate vegetables.
The griddle has both a smooth and a ribbed cooking surface, allowing you to switch effortlessly between frying and grilling. In addition, the griddle is equipped with non-slip feet, an on/off indicator, and a grease collection tray with splash guard for safe and clean operation.
With a power of 4400 Watt and dimensions of 73 × 47 × 22.5 cm, this griddle delivers powerful performance while its compact design saves space.
