Haddock is a cod-like fish and has a predominantly gray-colored skin with a slightly darker upper side. Haddock is found in the colder waters of the Atlantic Ocean from Norway, England to the waters around Iceland. In the cold higher waters of the Barents Sea at the level of Norway, large specimens are often found.
