Preparation
- Season the haddock with salt and pepper, then coat in flour, egg, and panko.
- Fry the breaded haddock in butter until golden brown.
- Peel the potatoes and cook them in a pan until done. Season with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in the pan.
- Serve the potatoes with melted butter.
- Chop the fresh dill and spring onion. Slice the lemon.
- Serve the spring onion and dill on the haddock and place the lemon slices beside it.
