Lemon has a strong sour citrus flavor. Delicious to use as a flavor enhancer in dishes. These lemons mainly come from Spain, particularly from the Murcia region. From April to July, we offer the Verna variety, which has a thick, coarse peel, and from September to March, we offer the Primofiori variety, which has a thin, smooth peel. In August, they come from Argentina or South Africa.
