Milk powder is widely known for its preparation tip in ice cream preparations, but we also like to use it as a binding agent in sauces to make them nicely foamy and stable. Dissolve it using a hand blender, for the best result at room temperature. Dosage: 5 to 10 grams per liter of liquid.
