Crispy pieces of potato combined with potato starch. Fry in hot oil so they pop up into potato 'airbags'. The product can also be mixed with tempura or breadcrumbs. In our assortment, we have both a coarse and a powder variant.
Air bag is made from the fat that lies just under the pig's skin. When heated, it not only becomes very crispy but also puffs up strongly, hence the name 'air bag'. With these products, you can easily add a crispy layer to your dishes.
